I'm in love with Elizabeth & Nick being in love. How terribly cute are these two! We went to Kansas City for their engagement photography session this week and they made my job look easy. Both were having a great time (which is the agenda among getting some awesome shots!) and look how photogenic these two are! Elizabeth & Nick met in college at KU during a church retreat and got engaged at Teller's in Lawrence. They're planning a wedding this August at the St. Lawrence Catholic Center with a reception at Maceli's. Can't wait!

And, of course, I have someone jumping...We actually messed with Elizabeth a little on this one and didn't tell her Nick was going to jump. Anything to get a spontaneous laugh!
I had a blast with these two and can't wait to photograph the wedding this August!
Congratulations,

I recently received this new guest book album and I just love it! The Engagement Guest Book album allows you to show off your hard work from your engagement session at your wedding and serves a second function; a creative way for your guests to leave you a message to keep on your wedding day. Here are some images that will show you the photo wrap cover design, the lay-flat pages and a couple of the design layouts...I don't want to give it all away!

If you are interested in one of these for your wedding or any other album, send me an e-mail!

Meg and Jake had such a fun energy during their two hour Engagement session last weekend! They were so easy to get to know, comfortable with each other and naturals in front of the camera. Lily is the adorable Grey Hound. And, I have to say, "Thank you," to Rodger, Meg's Dad, for helping out with Lily during our session. These two have planned an awesome wedding next year in wine country, California! Here are some favorites from the Engagement session.

Brandy and Jason just booked with me! and they decided to do a country setting E-session last weekend. They both came wearing cowboy boots and I knew it would be a good time! Here are some favorites from the day...

After it rained out our E-Session three times! Lindsey, Trebor and I were finally able to get outside and take some engagement photography. We used the country which they were so comfortable hiking around in. I had a great time with these two and here are some favorites!
Looking forward to the wedding next year!

Rebecca and Brian are one of my first couples for Kansas City engagement and wedding photography and I couldn't be happier to work with them! They have a silly side that just came out and I love that in photography. We went to the Kansas City Liberty Memorial, which is just gorgeous in the Fall and had a fun time getting to know each other. I refer to Engagement sessions as first dates. Second date being a wedding! =) Can't wait to see the wedding day you've both worked so hard to plan and photograph you both again soon!
See you soon!
