Laura & Mark must be two of the sweetest people I have ever had the privilege of photographing.  Laura has this tiny voice that she makes up for with her BIG smiles.  The morning of the wedding, Laura and her bridemaids went for run.  That's right, a run.  Laura runs...a lot.  She even wore a cute little pair of white Nike's with a little blue Nike symbol for her wedding shoes.  She runs a lot =)  And, it shows.  She's tiny and perfectly fit!  At the reception, Laura's sister told funny stories about them both and then Mark's brother did the same.  I was laughing so hard I was almost in tears.  Mark's Mom made ALL the food and it was awesome.  What a sweet day for a sweet couple.  It was only fitting to have wedding favor chocolate Kisses all over the tables...

Remember these two from their engagement photography session...Lindsey and Trebor have such a sweet style and share a love so deep for each other that I was so honored to capture in photographs at their vintage back yard wedding in Pratt, Kansas.  The dress was so gorgeous, the flowers were perfect, the suits were Awesome!, everyone looked so great and had a great time. The DJ was entertaining and NOT at all cheesy. This was perfect planning.  Oh yeah, and best food ever!  So, here are just a few favorites from one of my favorite days...

Such an amazing wedding bridal bouquet by The Flower Shoppe in Pratt, KS

And, I have to give props to her mom.  I know they didn't have a coordinator, but her mom made all the hair pieces, the flower girls dresses and so much more.  She kept everyone on the same page and made it all look effortless and looked beautiful at the same time.  You could tell she loved ALL of her daughters very much. (being a mom to a little girl now makes me appreciate this so much more =)  Well done!

Looking for something to hang your dress on?  I love seeing unique ideas that I think you could use.  Here's a few ideas to make that wedding dress image more your own.

Personalized Metal Hangers are perfect for that rustic wedding photo.  You can get this one over at Lilafrances on Etsy.

Another option would be this monogrammed hanger from The Pretty Pearl on Etsy.

And, if you like the wood-carved look, check out this hanger.  I love this from Bragging Bags on Etsy for a winery wedding!

wedding-photography-planning-02.jpgAll of these images are from each of the Etsy stores.  This will look awesome in your albums or prints!

Leave me a comment and let me know what you all think.

A couple weeks ago I posted Kaylee & Trevor's rustic wedding photography preview and here's a few more favorites from the beautiful day they planned.  It may have been HOT and windy but it was also such a special and wonderfully planned wedding.  I loved working with these two as they are so sweet and laid back.  Check out some of these wedding photography details!

It was a very beautiful wedding and these photos seem to capture that feeling. Trevor and Kaylee are two great people and their wedding was so them. Thanks for doing such a good job catching the feeling of the day.

This week over at I Heart Faces it's barefoot week to help raise awareness for Soles 4 Souls!  This is an amazing charity and it's so easy.  $1 = 1 pair of shoes.

I happen to have a LOT of sole photos.  I'm not sure why and once someone asked me if I have a thing for feet...The answer is no.  I do have a thing for shoes though!
